Move out of Victimhood

into a Life of Freedom and Choices

Born in London, I’ve always been spiritual in one way or another.  Whilst never a church goer, I read books and practiced what I thought to be a ‘good Christian life’. With Christian parents and a heritage based on biblical principles, I saw events take place around me, which questioned my understanding of God, religion and humanity in general.

Going through a difficult divorce and being a single parent of four, life has certainly thrown me a few curveballs. Added to enduring Sleep Paralysis for most of my life, I have today emerged stronger, wiser and spiritually endowed.

Prior to receiving the spiritual clarity which replaced my sleep paralysis, I’ve always been a teacher to my core.  I started teaching as a volunteer in Central London helping persons to read and write.  I’ve always worked with those in greatest need, teaching and uplifting anyone who saw themselves as drawing the short straw of life or those striving to find and develop their potential.

As a teacher and coach with professional degrees, I’m using my enhanced spiritual gifts and experience of sleep paralysis to support others.

I believe that each of us has gifts. Gifts that can serve us as individuals and humankind, to move beyond what we can see, hear, smell, feel and touch. These gifts have been hidden by the day to day realities that consume us with many of us innately feeling the desire for freedom and growth in a world that we push against.

Uncovering these gifts is my speciality, transforming persons out of victimhood and into a life of freedom and choices.

Today, I’m a Best Selling Author, Award Winning Speaker, Certified Spiritual Life Coach and Sleep Paralysis  Expert.

‘Q: How can I practice peacefulness and happiness and not let other people’s words hurt me? A: Words can do nothing to you unless you allow it. Work on your inner strength, your worthiness and on what makes you happy... Thank you for the advice. You came at just the right time.”
