Born in London, I’ve always been spiritual in one way or another. Whilst never a churchgoer, I actively read books and practiced what I thought to be a ‘good Christian life’. With Christian parents and a heritage based on biblical principles, I saw events take place around me. These events questioned my understanding of God, religion and humanity in general.
Going through a difficult divorce and being a single parent of four, life has certainly thrown me a few curve balls. Added to enduring Sleep Paralysis for most of my life, I have today emerged stronger, wiser and spiritually endowed.
A PhD researcher of sleep paralysis, metaphysical and spiritual phenomena, I use my personal experiences to support my research, knowing that new knowledge and information can provide support and help to anyone who experiences extra-ordinary spiritual phenomena. Those who have these mystical experiences are often shunned and isolated leaving them without support.
Positive health benefits can be gained, once we accept them and are willing to their explore their potential.
I believe that each of us has gifts. Gifts that can serve us as individuals and humankind, to move beyond what we can see, hear, smell, feel and touch. These gifts have been hidden by the day to day realities that consume us. With many innately feeling the desire for freedom and growth in a world that we push against.
Uncovering these gifts is my speciality.
